20000+ Milestone!!!


Dear HRS Family,

This week we have broken the 20.000 member threshold and as of the time of writing this newsletter we have 22300 satisfied members.

I will keep this newsletter short, just a couple of things I would like to address.
WITHDRAWALS
As you all know, with our growing numbers it’s become imperative to manage our payouts more efficiently. Everyday, there are more and more withdrawal requests being submitted, with many members requesting withdrawals hourly. As a result, I made the decision to switch to a semi-automated system to make processing faster, and also limit the number of withdrawals each member can request on a daily basis to 4 withdrawalsEach payment processor will be 1 withdrawal which makes a total of 4 withdrawals per day. I think this is pretty reasonable.

I suspect that there is a misconception prevalent that it is necessary to withdraw from Rebates in order to be able to repurchase. This is not the case. Any member may buy ad packs directly from their rebates, commissions or repurchasing wallets; there is no need to withdraw first to be able to do that.

Here is where you can learn about the different types of purchases and how to do them:http://www.hourlyrevshare.info/buying-ad-packs.html Some members may be confused and thinking that they can only repurchase from their repurchasing wallet, so in an effort to make this more understandable, we will be renaming the Repurchase Balance wallet on our new site to something less confusing.

SUPPORT ISSUES
since the server move, our Support system has been under extreme pressure, with Moni and her assistant dealing with hundreds of emails regarding an assortment of issues. I’d like to take the opportunity to outline the best course of action to take for a speedy response, depending on your issue:

1. Missing Ad packs or Missing Funding – The only acceptable channel to direct these queries is the “Report Missing Shares” link on the Member Information panel at the bottom of your dashboard. These form submissions go directly to Anelie and support staffs for speedy attention.

2. Missing Referral / Missing Sponsor – The fastest method of having this resolved is to PM Moni on Skype @ hrs_member_services. Please take the time to read what is in the FAQ regarding commissions on purchases made by misplaced referrals. http://www.hourlyrevshare.net/index.php?p=faq

3. Payment processor ID changes – Please note that there is a 24 hour turnaround target for these issues, but it can take extra time if either Moni or myself are not available. Each update requires input from each of us, so please be patient and allow us to process this in the earliest timeframe possible. Please note that we will not payout to a pay processor account that not the same as the funding account. If this is a requirement, there will be stringent verification checks to be completed before any changes are made.

Important to note, if you are referring actively, please guide your prospects as they sign up on the registration form:

Solid Trust Pay – please enter the USERNAME you use to LOGIN at the STP website, NOT EMAIL ADDRESS
Liberty Reserve & Perfect Money - please enter the US $ account ID, as in Uxxxxxxx (uppercase U)

EGOpay – please enter the email address you use to log into your EGOpay account.
Hope this can get us to be more organize and everyone happy with hourlyrvshare. Site is growing very rapidly and many are making good returns on deposit. We will continue to do our best to improve our service to you.

SITE SPEED!

You will notice that site is loading slowly for some time now. When the traffic is heavy and many are accessing HRS at the same time from different locations, it makes site to be slow. It was due to this reason that we migrated to a new server. Even after moving to new server, our traffic back continues to increase steadily. This automatically means further upgrading to accommodate everyone and also allow site to run smoothly. This is exactly what we are doing. We ask every member to please bear with us as all will soon return to normal.

Many, who were introduced when we just started, have not joined us yet. And that is OK. Some people need time to see we are for REAL. But soon it will be 90 days (3 months) since HRS was officially... Isn’t it worth celebrating! That we have put smiles in many families, its because of your support. I am astonished at the level of love and support shown me during this 3 months period. I count myself as one of the privileged persons to enjoy such support, and I am humbled by it.

Post Server Move Update!!


Dear HRS Family,

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we undertook our server migration yesterday. On the whole it was a successful process, and all databases were transferred intact, with no loss of data.

REBATES OVERPAYMENTS
Unfortunately, there was an undiscovered error that caused the Rebates script to get “overexcited” and many members logged in to find huge increases in their Rebates balances. We have now corrected this error, reversed the overpayments and corrected all accounts. Some accounts have been put in the negative due to this error because some hurriedly purchase more ad packs from overpaid funds and we needed to retrieve all overpaid amounts. However, your account will resume normal credit earning as we recover soon your overpaid fund.

RETURNED WITHDRAWALS
Many of you will have noticed that your requested withdrawals have been returned to your accounts. This was necessary for us to be able to correct the erroneous balances. You may now go ahead and request a new withdrawal, HOWEVER, PLEASE MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU WITHDRAW of the following:

SOLID TRUST PAY – must be your login username for STP in this field, not an email address.
PERFECT MONEY - make sure you have the Uxx account number here, and the U must be uppercase.
LIBERTY RESERVE – same as Perfect Money, make sure your account ID is configured Uxxxxxx
EGOPAY – this should be the email address you use to log in to your EGOpay account.

This is really important, if any of the above is incorrect, your withdrawal cannot be processed and your funds WILL be returned to your REBATES balance for the processor in question. If your details are incorrect, please skype Moni on hrs_member_services, or email tohrs.pp.updates@gmail.com, and provide evidence of ownership of the account. Please include your Skype ID so that your identity can be verified. Moni will contact you to verify your identity before your details can be updated. This is an additional security measure to guard against fraudulent activity.

Currently there are many suspended STP accounts, so please make sure BEFORE requesting payout to your STP, that your account is Active. We recommend that you test this by logging into your STP account and back out, before requesting your withdrawal. If it’s suspended, we can't process your withdrawal to it.

NEW ROA SYSTEM
As a result of yesterday’s error, we have changed to a new system of recording your ROA (Return on Acquisition = Rebates) in your back office.

Now, the system “remembers” your Earnings History and refreshes your back-office stats when you next login. This means, for example, if you log out of your account and don't log back in for 8 hours, the system will now show you one line entry per plan in your Earnings History instead of 8, for every plan you have active.

This will save an enormous amount of space and strain on the server. Your Rebates will still calculate hourly, but will not update in your Earnings History until the next time you log in, and will be condensed to one record per plan. Rebates will be 100% accurate and it will be more efficient handling of data.

MISSING CREDITS WHEN BANNERS DELETED
This issue is being addressed, and will be corrected by tomorrow. Anelie is aware and is giving instruction to the programmer to fix it as a priority order.

COMPANY REGISTRATION
Many of you have enquired about the company registration status of HourlyRevShare, and we are delighted to confirm that our parent company, Fifthavenue Advertising Company LLCwas registered offshore in St Kitts & Nevis, in the Caribbean, on February 1st, 2013.

HourlyRevShare is one of two trading arms of Fifthavenue Advertising Company LLC, the other being the Forex trading business that Anelie owns.

It is also my pleasure to inform you that wire service will soon be added. We are currently working with our legal adviser on account opening and this process is ongoing. When it is added, it will save excessive in and out fees of payment processors for our members.

NEW WEBSITE AND SCRIPT
Work is progressing steadily on our new site design and custom script. With our move to our dedicated server completed, the new site will be uploaded and the testing phase will begin, as well as further cosmetic refinements. We're incredibly excited about your new site, and hope that you will like what we have created for you. Watch for more updates on progress coming up in the next week.

EXCITING CHANGES & NEW BEGINNINGS

First of all a huge welcome to all of our new members, who have joined us since the last newsletter. Believe it or not, you may have this week made the smartest move in your online business career that you will ever make!
 
HRS is shaping up to be THE hottest program on the Net, and guess what!  Less than 15,000 smart cookies have figured that out! Just think about what that means, for a minute..... . There are still many thousands of potential resellers of our product out there, swaddled in blissful ignorance and without a CLUE of what they are missing out on. WHY WE REMOVED THE EARNINGS HISTORY
HRS is growing really quickly and momentum is picking up every day. Everyone is busy in their account, withdrawing and repurchasing, and as a result, millions of records are being generated in our system. We reached a tipping point a few days back, which saw the site go down a second time. It just couldn't keep up with you all, the strain of all those millions of records being created and stored was making the site unstable. So with the programmers, Analie made the decision to archive off all but the most recent 25 records in your earnings history. This is a temporary measure, so please bear with us until we can implement extended tracking again for earnings.

 
NEW SITE / DASHBOARD / WISHLIST
We're motoring along with the development of the new site and getting more and more excited about its release every day.  The external pages are coming together nicely and our programmers are knee-deep in our new custom script that promises to be simply awesome.

The new Dashboard will feature a great suite of controls and tools, many already being implemented. If you haven't already, let us know if there is a special feature or functionality you would like to see in your new Back Office. We're all ears for great suggestions! Send your ideas to

If we like your idea, there is a very good chance you will see it on your new Dashboard on Launch Day. We're currently setting up our servers to give you a smooth, seamless transition from old site to new, with no downtime other than perhaps a few minutes to flick the switch. Keep your fingers and toes crossed for us that all goes to plan!
 
DEDICATED SERVER
We're currently setting up our dedicated servers to give you a smooth, seamless transition from old design to new, with no downtime other than perhaps a few hours to flick the switch. It will only take 2 hours to move everything across, and then all will be back to normal. In 2 to 4 days, it will be implemented. Keep your fingers and toes crossed for us, that all goes to plan!
 
When we fully migrate to the dedicated server, all records will be restored, there will no longer be downtime and HRS will run smoothly without interruption to services. To be the No. 1 advertising site only, it requires that we move faster than the speed of light.
 
HACKPROOF YOURSELF
I know I said a lot about protecting your account from hackers last week, but I feel there are still some family members who either do not understand or underestimate how smart hackers are, and the myriad of ways they can access your data.

I'm not going to repeat what I said last week, but I will add this to it:

DO NOT SKIMP ON ANTIVIRUS & INTERNET SECURITY! Make sure you have the strongest and best protection you can currently afford, and plan to upgrade regularly as you can afford to.  Currently the best Internet Security brands in my experience are AVAST, ESET and KASPERSKY, so do some homework, choose one of those if you do not already have it and get protected!

REGULARLY SCAN YOUR SYSTEM!  In addition to the above, which will beaver away in the background, you can install a proprietary malware/adware tool, like SuperAntiSpyware, just to name one. There are a multitude of them out there, but I have found SuperAntiSpyware to be great.

DON'T STORE PASSWORDS IN YOUR BROWSER CACHE!  Always enter passwords manually to be 100% safe and keep them in a safe place away from your computer. Always delete any emails from your Inbox and your Trash, once you have recorded the details.

SKYPE HACKING
Further to last week’s Skype security item in the newsletter,  our wonderful member Elaine shared this with me to pass on to all. If you have fallen victim to a Skype virus, through opening an infected link or file, here’s how you can fix it:

Tools > Options > Advanced
Select the "Manage other programs’ access to Skype" link at the bottom.
See programs listed there that you can’t identify? Remove them.

 Close the Skype program fully, make sure it’s not running in background,  Uninstall Skype , restart computer, install Skype again.... you are all set...
I would also recommend running a malware scan with something such as Malwarebytes. If you don't have Malwarebytes already, there is a free version

RESPECT FOR ADMIN'S TIME
We all have questions and issues from time to time and while we were still a small group, it was easy for Analie to help us in PM with our problems.  Now that we are growing in leaps and bounds, Analie's Skype serves her up hundreds of P.M.s of a morning, and there is no way on earth she has  hope of answering them all.

For that reason, we created
hrsquestions@gmail.com, so that you can email us about your problem and we will get it sorted for you. We need you to submit your queries to one place so that they can be monitored and tracked to completion. That's impossible when they are scattered over 50 different PM's. Please allow us 48 hours to attend to your issue before contacting us again.

Please, DO NOT PM or CALL Analie, please allow her to focus on the things only she can do and let her get on with creating the World's Greatest Advertising Company for us to enjoy for many years to come. Please remember how incredibly privileged we all are to have any access to her at all; access to the Admin of a program is as rare as hen's teeth in the Online Business arena, so let's not abuse that privilege.

While we are on the subject of member issues, Analie advises we are STILL having an alarming number of STP withdrawals declined due to various factors. The most common 2 reasons are suspension of the destination account and incorrect username details in the cash-out processors table. PLEASE make sure BEFORE you request a withdrawal to STP that your data is correct and your STP account is fully active. It's a huge waste of time that Analie does not have, reversing all of these declined pay-outs back to the accounts they came from.

Dear HRS Family,

The HourlyRevShare Baby is continuing to grow like Topsy! Over 10 000 enlightened members have joined us since the birth of our program just 66 days ago (round of applause!)

Our Skype rooms (all 6 of them!) are a bustle of excitement, satisfaction, celebration and in some cases, jaw-dropping astonishment, as new family members discover just how cool HRS really is. 

That number represents a daily average of approximately 150 new smiles on faces.... that in itself would be wonderful, but consider that in the beginning we were just a handful of pioneer members seeing the light, to now the “average day” sees 400 – 500 new accounts being opened. That is a lot of new members! 

ANALIE'S AVAILABILITY
With explosive growth come challenges, there is no denying that. Analie is overrun with member queries in PM that could quite easily be answered by other helpful members in our Skype rooms. Please, respect Analie's time and only PM her with your query if it is something that cannot be dealt with in the room or via our Support email, hrsquestions@gmail.com. She is working very hard, creating an awesome company for us; let's give her the space to concentrate and get this important work done. Here are just some of the projects she needs to keep her focus on:

Please be considerate and avoid sending PMs for matters that can be accommodated in the Skype rooms or through our Support channel. Analie thanks you in advance for your understanding. She will continue to be present on the floor, as she is now, however she will be less available for private conversations. Finally, please DO NOT call her, as she is not in a position to accept calls unless by prior arrangement.

WITHDRAWALS
If you have spent any time at all in one of our 6 HRS Skype rooms, you will know that when withdrawals are requested and processed, they are done very promptly indeed. In fact, it’s not uncommon for pay-outs to be immediate and when Analie is online and working, they are processed in batches at regular intervals, meaning no member has to wait for longer than an hour for their withdrawal to be processed. Overnight requests accumulate and are processed as the first priority of the day. Pay-outs are more important than breakfast, in Analie's opinion!

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that it is NOT possible to move rebates and commissions from one pay processor wallet to another. This is an anti-fraud feature, which goes hand in hand with our new policy of not allowing members to update their own email addresses and pay processor details in the Profile area of their back-office. These measures are taken to protect your account from hacking, and to prevent fraudsters from attempting to launder money. There may be changes to the way the wallets are set up when our new custom script is implemented, but for now, it is what it is, so please understand that we are unable to accommodate any requests for PP to PP transfers.

“SITE OFFLINE” MESSAGE BOX
Some members recently experienced the effects of a slightly over-zealous CloudFlare, which caused confusion by announcing that “This website is currently Offline” when, in fact, it wasn't. CloudFlare is anti - DDOS protection, which ensures we are “up” for vast majority of the time. For those who don't know what DDOS is, it is a form of sabotage, where massive amounts of traffic, way outside the normal range, are directed at our servers, in an attempt to interrupt business and cause general mayhem and panic among the members. Usually these pass after a short while, and normal traffic resumes. Occasionally, these attacks are loaded with viruses, and for these two reasons, CloudFlare is an essential service for the safety of the site.

Analie is working with CloudFlare to achieve better reporting, going forward, which will lead to less distress for members.

SECURITY
It is not only site security that is important, as members of a very lucrative program, we may see increasing levels of attempted phishing and fraudulent activity around us. Every member has an obligation to themselves to be vigilant and wise to such threats and observe some simple guidelines:

• Never click a link given in a Skype conversation, unless you are 100% sure of what it is.
• Never click on a link in any email, especially an email purporting to be from a payment processor. No payment processor will ever email you to validate your account. Be SMART and hit delete, and you will avoid the unpleasant experience of having your payment processor account hacked.
• Never disclose your password for either your HRS account or your Pay Processor account to anyone.
• Be wary of accepting ‘add contact’ requests from anyone you have not had a public conversation with in the main chat.
• Be suspicious of anyone offering to exchange e-currency. If in doubt, check with a room monitor and ask if they are an approved exchanger. If not, do NOT engage in an exchange.
• Never post personal details, including user names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords or payment processor transaction numbers in any room.
• Always report anyone who harasses you in PM, tries to entice you to join their program or acts unethically in any way. Room monitors will remove and, in some cases, ban offenders.

SPONSOR HOST RESPONSIBILITY
In any program, the role of Sponsor is one that comes with some responsibility, to guide and help educate your new referral as they get going in the program. It’s not cool to simply let someone sign up and then offer them no assistance. Luckily for all newbie in HRS, our Skype rooms are packed with knowledgeable and friendly members, all too willing and able to help, but that really is the Sponsor’s job. Your new referral has every right to expect support and guidance from his/her Sponsor (you) as they find their way around the program.

Some Sponsors will be very new themselves, and may find it challenging to guide their new charge. In recognition of this, we have created a training site for all members to use for training and learning purposes. HourlyRevShare


Very good morning to you!

Your darling program HRS is growing stronger day by day, even though we are encountering a few glitches here and there. Today, a caring member emailed me to report that someone was playing with our domain. I came fresh, strong and determined to get down to business as usual, only to be faced with this challenge.

After doing our due diligence, we discovered that some big Admins, who are becoming very jealous of our giant stride so far, are very determined to bring HRS down, so they opted for our domain, to shut it down since all other actions have failed. It is so amazing how humans can be so wicked. I guess none of those wicked fellows out there would have paid any mind to our program if they thought we were going nowhere. I have bad news for those wicked follows and good news for our members, HRS has seven lives and until you take all seven lives, you can really not bring us down.

Suddenly our HourlyRevShare.com domain was suspended. No prior notice, nothing!  They want to see our site close down but I am not here to give up. The good news is we took immediate action, registered a new domain http://www.hourlyrevshare.net and moved the site there immediately. All other factors remain the same. Your earnings will not reduce, your funds are fully untouched, the site could take a few hours to load for you but surely will work. Sorry for this temporary setback, it was not of my making.

I was asking myself questions like, “Could it be because of the video chat session we had with some well-respected HRS family members yesterday? Or is it because I am a woman and those failures wonder why a woman should be doing well in online business?”

You all are like a family and I won’t let my family down. I brought the site up again quickly on the .net domain, and now working to move the .com domain to a new host. 

As soon as company registration is complete, bank wire payment option will be added and the new domain will have office address and phone call support, so there will be no further issues. In the meantime, I have added a new Member Questions email address, where you can send your questions. While I love the contact I have with you in Skype PM, the membership is growing too big for me to help everyone in PM.

So please direct your questions and help requests to hrsquestions@gmail.com and I will manage them there.HRS Loyal, Helpful and Respected Member Moni will also be helping me with this.
Also, please if you are missing any ad packs or signups added during the site move, please send an email to the hrsquestions@gmail.com address and I will fix them.
