EXCITING CHANGES & NEW BEGINNINGS

Dear HRS Family,

First of all a huge welcome to all of our new members, who have joined us since the last newsletter. Believe it or not, you may have this week made the smartest move in your online business career that you will ever make!
 
HRS is shaping up to be THE hottest program on the Net, and guess what!  Less than 15,000 smart cookies have figured that out! Just think about what that means, for a minute..... Not only do you have your sticky fingers on hands-down the finest Passive Income System online today, you are here with us right at the beginning of the journey to Glory.

Our market share is still minuscule and, for you, that is the Little Golden Ticket to Success with HourlyRevShare
. There are still many thousands of potential resellers of our product out there, swaddled in blissful ignorance and without a CLUE of what they are missing out on. So, what are you waiting for?  Go out there and spread the blessing that is HRS, because your friends and business associates will thank you for doing so. And so will your bank balance!
 

WHY WE REMOVED THE EARNINGS HISTORY
HRS is growing really quickly and momentum is picking up every day. Everyone is busy in their account, withdrawing and repurchasing, and as a result, millions of records are being generated in our system. We reached a tipping point a few days back, which saw the site go down a second time. It just couldn't keep up with you all, the strain of all those millions of records being created and stored was making the site unstable. So with the programmers, Analie made the decision to archive off all but the most recent 25 records in your earnings history. This is a temporary measure, so please bear with us until we can implement extended tracking again for earnings.

 
NEW SITE / DASHBOARD / WISHLIST
We're motoring along with the development of the new site and getting more and more excited about its release every day.  The external pages are coming together nicely and our programmers are knee-deep in our new custom script that promises to be simply awesome.

The new Dashboard will feature a great suite of controls and tools, many already being implemented. If you haven't already, let us know if there is a special feature or functionality you would like to see in your new Back Office. We're all ears for great suggestions! Send your ideas to
hrsquestions@gmail.com, with NEW SITE WISHLIST in the subject line. This is your site, so tell us what you want. If we like your idea, there is a very good chance you will see it on your new Dashboard on Launch Day. We're currently setting up our servers to give you a smooth, seamless transition from old site to new, with no downtime other than perhaps a few minutes to flick the switch. Keep your fingers and toes crossed for us that all goes to plan!
 
DEDICATED SERVER
We're currently setting up our dedicated servers to give you a smooth, seamless transition from old design to new, with no downtime other than perhaps a few hours to flick the switch. It will only take 2 hours to move everything across, and then all will be back to normal. In 2 to 4 days, it will be implemented. Keep your fingers and toes crossed for us, that all goes to plan!
 
When we fully migrate to the dedicated server, all records will be restored, there will no longer be downtime and HRS will run smoothly without interruption to services. To be the No. 1 advertising site only, it requires that we move faster than the speed of light.
 
HACKPROOF YOURSELF
I know I said a lot about protecting your account from hackers last week, but I feel there are still some family members who either do not understand or underestimate how smart hackers are, and the myriad of ways they can access your data.

I'm not going to repeat what I said last week, but I will add this to it:

DO NOT SKIMP ON ANTIVIRUS & INTERNET SECURITY! Make sure you have the strongest and best protection you can currently afford, and plan to upgrade regularly as you can afford to.  Currently the best Internet Security brands in my experience are AVAST, ESET and KASPERSKY, so do some homework, choose one of those if you do not already have it and get protected!

REGULARLY SCAN YOUR SYSTEM!  In addition to the above, which will beaver away in the background, you can install a proprietary malware/adware tool, like SuperAntiSpyware, just to name one. There are a multitude of them out there, but I have found SuperAntiSpyware to be great.

DON'T STORE PASSWORDS IN YOUR BROWSER CACHE!  Always enter passwords manually to be 100% safe and keep them in a safe place away from your computer. Always delete any emails from your Inbox and your Trash, once you have recorded the details.

SKYPE HACKING
Further to last week’s Skype security item in the newsletter,  our wonderful member Elaine shared this with me to pass on to all. If you have fallen victim to a Skype virus, through opening an infected link or file, here’s how you can fix it:

Tools > Options > Advanced
Select the "Manage other programs’ access to Skype" link at the bottom.
See programs listed there that you can’t identify? Remove them.

 Close the Skype program fully, make sure it’s not running in background,  Uninstall Skype , restart computer, install Skype again.... you are all set...
I would also recommend running a malware scan with something such as Malwarebytes. If you don't have Malwarebytes already, there is a free version

RESPECT FOR ADMIN'S TIME
We all have questions and issues from time to time and while we were still a small group, it was easy for Analie to help us in PM with our problems.  Now that we are growing in leaps and bounds, Analie's Skype serves her up hundreds of P.M.s of a morning, and there is no way on earth she has  hope of answering them all.

For that reason, we created
hrsquestions@gmail.com, so that you can email us about your problem and we will get it sorted for you. We need you to submit your queries to one place so that they can be monitored and tracked to completion. That's impossible when they are scattered over 50 different PM's. Please allow us 48 hours to attend to your issue before contacting us again.

Please, DO NOT PM or CALL Analie, please allow her to focus on the things only she can do and let her get on with creating the World's Greatest Advertising Company for us to enjoy for many years to come. Please remember how incredibly privileged we all are to have any access to her at all; access to the Admin of a program is as rare as hen's teeth in the Online Business arena, so let's not abuse that privilege.

While we are on the subject of member issues, Analie advises we are STILL having an alarming number of STP withdrawals declined due to various factors. The most common 2 reasons are suspension of the destination account and incorrect username details in the cash-out processors table. PLEASE make sure BEFORE you request a withdrawal to STP that your data is correct and your STP account is fully active. It's a huge waste of time that Analie does not have, reversing all of these declined pay-outs back to the accounts they came from.

HRS ROCKSTARS

PERSONNEL
Due to the overwhelming support HRS is enjoying and our stellar growth, I have recruited a new, valuable resource into the HRS Management team.

I’m delighted to announce the appointment of Moni to the role of
Director of Member Services for HourlyRevShare™.  Moni will be responsible for setting up our Member Services department, which includes our Skype rooms, Live Skype Support and our Email and Ticket support channels.

For any support issues, she will manage requests for assistance, and forward me those that I need to deal with myself.

My focus will remain on cash flow management, external revenue channels, funding and withdrawals, business development and infrastructure.

In closing, as always, dear Members, I appreciate you all and am honoured to be serving you. HRS would not be HRS without you! Thank you for all the wonderful messages of support and gratitude that I see scattered through the Skype rooms, they warm my heart and give me much strength.
